Isha Group Caterers reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing, information, or typographical errors, whether the order has been confirmed or charged.
Customers are bound by this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy and agree not to hold the company liable for any losses incurred due to order cancellation or return.
Refund/credit requests must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery. We prepare fresh, high-quality meals with premium ingredients. Refunds or replacements are available for incorrect or omitted orders. Refunds are not provided for personal taste preferences.
No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued for: - Orders cancelled after preparation - Non-food items or beverages - Orders where 25% or more food has been consumed - Discarded, repackaged, or tampered food
We will prepare a replacement order once, but not a third replacement.
Applicable for online, email, and phone catering orders: - Cancellations up to 7 business days before event: No charges - Cancellations less than 24 hours before event: 50% contract charge - Cancellations less than 12 hours before event: 100% contract charge
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery: No charges - Cancellations less than 12 hours before delivery: 50% contract charge - Cancellations less than 6 hours before delivery: 100% contract charge - Same-day orders cannot be cancelled - Event rescheduling depends on caterer's discretion and availability
Clients are responsible for any damage or misplacement of equipment, cutlery, or crockery. Replacement costs will be charged to the client.
